Privacy Policy

Account information:your name and email address, pre-registered by the league's commissioners. Sign-in is by emailed link or code — there are no passwords.

League activity: what running a fantasy league requires — your team, lineups, waiver claims, trades, draft picks, RSVP answers, league dues and payments (recorded by the commissioners), and any private player notes or flags you set.

Nothing else. No location, no contacts, no advertising identifiers, no usage analytics.

League activity is visible to the other members of your league — that's the product (standings, matchups, trades, and so on). Your private player flags are visible only to you. Dues records are visible to you and the commissioners. Nothing is public.

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), and Resend (sign-in and league emails). Player names, photos, and NFL statistics come from ESPN's public data. These providers process data solely to run the service.

Signing in stores a session credential (a cookie in the browser; a token in the app's secure storage) for up to 90 days. Signing out deletes it. No other cookies or local tracking are used.

To correct your information, or to leave the league and have your account removed, contact the commissioners at league@tl.butchernetwork.com. Account deletion removes your personal information; league records (past matchups, standings, transactions) are retained as part of the league's shared history.

TL Fantasy is for adults in the league and is not directed at children under 13.

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it and the league will be told by email.
